Water Injection Steps : 

A:Add hot water directly. 

1.Place the hot water bag into the knitted cover. 

2.Add 80°C / 176 °F hot water into it and keep 3/4 full. 

3.Eliminate excessive air and firmly tighten the lid.

4.Heating in microwave oven.

Two Ways to Use:

1.a. Fill the bag with cold water. b. (Remove the braided sleeve before placing it in the microwave oven). When the microwave oven is heated, be sure to fill the bag with 100% water! c. Put in the microwave oven, the heating power is ≤1500W, set the high fire position heating, the heating time is ≤3min. d. Put on the knit sleeve and start using it.

2.a. Injecting water at 90 °C ± 2 °C, the injection volume is preferably 3/4. b. Drain excess air and tighten. c. Put on the knit sleeve and start using it.
