Mixing coloring is currently the main method of rubber coloring, divided into solution method and mixing method. ① Solution coloring

This method is to dissolve the rubber into a solution with a certain concentration with its good solvent, then add the colorant and rubber compounding agent other than sulfur to the solution, stir and mix evenly, dry at a certain temperature to remove the solvent, and finally on the rubber mixer Add sulfur. This coloring method has complicated operation, uneven dispersion of coloring agent and compounding agent, color difference, difficult recovery of solvent, and pollution of the environment, and it has been rarely used at present.

②Coloring by mixing method

This method is currently the most commonly used method for coloring rubber products. The coloring agent is added directly or mixed with the carrier first and then added to the rubber compound, which is evenly mixed by a rubber mixer to color the rubber.
