Silicone gloves production process

The growth process of all objects is a step by step process. The food has a gradual process from sowing, harvesting, to food production. The production process of silica gel products is similar, and the dishwashing silicone gloves are not listed. There are raw material preparation, vulcanization molding, and then to the edge removal, silk screen and then to the full inspection.

1.Raw material preparation

The raw rubber is weighed and weighed according to the amount of silicone gloves, and the color matching is carried out according to the customer's color requirements.

2. Molding

The mixed raw rubber molder accurately weighs according to the grams of each product and vulcanizes it on a mold machine placed on a silicone glove to compress the raw material of the silica into a solid finished product. Finally, the molder removes the formed silicone gloves from the machine mold.

3. Trimming

Some extra silicone burrs will be attached around the product that is taken out of the mold. The person who needs to remove the edge will be removed with the ripper tool. If the handle is not clean, use the tongs to repair the edge.

4. Silk screen

The silk screen process is only used on some silicone gloves that need to print patterns or characters, and silk screen printing at the corresponding position increases the appearance of the product.

5. Surface treatment

At the end of the product, a full inspection is carried out, and the surface of the silicone glove is further processed to ensure that the quality meets the standard for shipment.
