Why is the surface of some silicone products not smooth?

Now more and more food-grade silicone products are selling well in the market, and silicone products inevitably have advantages and disadvantages. Some silicone products feel less smooth and sticky after a period of use, especially in kitchen utensils. Or silicone phone cases, obviously. So what is the reason for the unsmooth surface of silicone products?

1. Raw material problems, or improper maintenance.

2. It is unreasonable to control and use the curing agent during the raw material mixing process. The amount of curing agent added did not fully cure, causing the product surface to become sticky.

3. The curing agent and the silica gel are not uniformly stirred during kneading, and the mold is cured while curing, and the product is deformed due to the difference in hardness and hardness after the product is cured.

4. When the machine is cleaned, the mold is not cleaned, and the mold is not smooth enough. Residue in the mold will cause uneven product and make the product surface not smooth.

5. There is no secondary vulcanization  spraying hand oil, etc., that is, the post-treatment is not enough.
