1. In the tensile test, the silicone tube is pulled hard without obvious deformation or stretching. After 3 repeated bending, there is no crack, and the outer skin of the silicone tube does not have any wrinkles.

2. The silicone tube used for the flame retardant grade test will ignite when it catches fire, and it will naturally extinguish after 5 seconds.

3. In the joint force test, the silicone tube to be tested is continuously stretched at 180 degrees for 3-5 times, and then the pressure resistance test is carried out.

4. Heat resistance test Take 1-1m of the silicone tube to be tested and pass through the tunnel furnace (120°C for 45 minutes), the surface should be free of defects such as yellowing and bubbles, and then the silicone tube is subjected to a pressure resistance test after high temperature, which is in line with the pressure resistance regulations. .

5. High pressure resistance test Sample and divide the silicone pump tube to be tested (after high temperature treatment, joint force test, tensile test), press the opposite conductor (copper rod or iron rod) against the silicone pipe, and take the pressure resistance tester. One end of the rod is in contact with the conductor, and the other end moves back and forth on the silicone tube on which the conductor rests. When the silicone tube penetrates, the pressure tester will sound an alarm, which is unqualified, on the contrary, it is qualified.
