Precautions During The Production Of PVC Keychain
Leave a message
The first step is to make the electronic scale, oven and workbench all placed flatly, or that will result in poor quality of keychains. If the scale is not in balance, its accuracy will be reduced. PVC glue will spill out when it is in the tilted oven and workbench.
The weight of containers must be removed when calculate the weight of PVC glue.
The mould should be clean and dry. Wet and dirty surface of mould will cause some defects like ripple, pitting, small holes on keychains.
PVC glue should be mixed well. The keychain will turn to be coagulated after being heated by oven. If the glue are not mixed fully, then keychains are finally easy to have cracks, somewhere of it could be hard but other places are coagulated badly and soft.
The workbench should be wiped cleanly. Otherwise the PVC glue will bot be clear and keychains could have spots after being coagulated.
After dripping the PVC glue into the keychain molds, they shouldn’t be moved before heating to be totally dry on the same place. Changing the places to dry them will affect the quality of keychains because of the temperature variations.
Temperature of the production lines is better to control them on 24°C~26°C. If the production environment is over damp, the surfaces of PVC keychains will oxidize to be fogging colors rather than the smooth, bright colors. But if it is over warm, that will weaken the solidification of glue and shorten their lifetime.
When the keychains need to be finished in hurry time, workers will increase the temperature of machines to speed up the process of solidification. But all the products must need to stay at same area for at least 90 minutes before to be put in oven. The highest temperature of oven must low than 65°C. In the normal production time, 28°C~35°C is best for solidifying.
