Why Silicone Gifts Are Expensive Than PVC Gifts

The reason why the price of the silicone gift is more expensive than the PVC gifts depends mainly on the raw materials and the process. In the raw material, the raw materials of silicone products are made of natural rubber and other raw materials. They are environmentally friendly, non-toxic, non-polluting, and the finished products are good in hand feel and easy to clean. The raw material of PVC products is made of PVC oil and resin powder, which has chemical components inside. The finished products in this way are not as environmentally friendly as silicone crafts. 

In the production process, the silicone products are vulcanized by vulcanizing machine. The cost of the vulcanizing machine is higher than that of the PVC products. Another point is that silicone products must be produced with copper mould and after each time the dispensing wiping the mould, this is more high required and complex than the process of PVC products. Therefore, the price of silicone gifts is not as expensive as the PVC gifts.
