1. When the low-hardness silica gel product is produced, the mold temperature of the molding is appropriately lowered. If bubbles and white spots appear, the method of prolonging the vulcanization time is adopted. The molding temperature must drop suddenly until the silicone product does not blast, and it cannot be solved by simply dropping the mold temperature by four or five degrees.

2, the procedures and the number of times the silicone products are exhausted in production must be controlled just right. Minimize the number of exhausts and minimize the exhaust process.

3. Properly reducing the amount of vulcanizing agent added is also a way to avoid blasting.
